Arron initially began buying and selling Rolexes from the confines of a hospital bed in the North East of England while recovering from a life-changing accident. Today the business operates through multiple channels, and since 2019 it’s managed a highly successful online store which stocks a carefully curated selection of luxury wrist watches for men and women. In the same year, Time Trader also launched an exclusive boutique that offers private one-to-one consultations in person, which are available by appointment only. Situated within Middlesbrough’s prestigious Acklam Hall, a 17th century Grade 1 listed mansion, the location provides the perfect setting to showcase some of the most coveted wrist watches from across the globe while providing a discreet, secure and luxury purchasing experience.
Following the appointment of Company Director, Grant Honzik – who is an experienced jeweller, diamond expert, and qualified diamond grader – Time Trader has continued to expand in terms of market share, services and brand awareness. As well as helping its clients to buy, source and sell luxury wrist watches, it now also offers several aftercare services including professional watch servicing and polishing to ensure that valuable timepieces are kept in pristine condition, along with a repairs service that expertly restores cases and bracelets where required.
The business is also set to launch a bespoke jewellery service in 2022, crafting custom handmade rings, bracelets, pendants and personal keepsakes based on unique designs provided by clients. In addition, Time Trader’s online presence continues to grow at an incredible rate, earning over half a million followers across its social channels, and enabling it to become one of just three independent jewellers in the UK to be officially verified on Instagram and Facebook.
